- Rent Affordability: Rent for restricted units is capped to ensure it remains affordable for qualifying tenants, with maximums pegged to a percentage of income.
- Housing Choice Vouchers: We do not discriminate against applicants or tenants based on their participation in the Housing Choice Voucher program or other rental assistance programs.
- Tenant Protections: We maintain fair leasing policies, including prohibiting retaliation against tenants participating in tenant organizations, and adhering to strict, fair non-renewal notice procedures.
As part of our commitment to transparency, this development submits an annual audit report to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) to ensure continued compliance with state regulations.
